Court hours: Vehicle and Traffic matters are generally scheduled on Tuesdays. The Wilton Court Clerks are usually available from 8:30 to 4 pm, Monday thru Friday, except holidays. 

Court information: This Court hears vehicle and traffic matters based on tickets issued by the New York State Police, and the Saratoga County Sheriffs. The Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office prosecutes the speeding and traffic tickets that were issued by the New York State Troopers. Most of the vehicle and traffic violations are generated by the NY State Troopers patrolling I87. There is also some lower level criminal matters heard in the Wilton Court.
